Trading Members are hereby informed that, Everonn Education Limited is under Liquidation vide Hon’ble High Court of Madras order dated 20.09.2016 and the Official Liquidator, High Court of Madras is appointed as the Provisional Liquidator of Everonn Education Limited.
Hence, to avoid the market complications, trading in the equity shares of Everonn Education Limited (Scrip Code: 532876) will be suspended from Friday, November 04, 2016.
